We run our own dispatch and tracking platform, so every load gets a tracking link. Open it on your phone or desktop and everything we know about the load is there as soon as we have it.

When your receiver asks where the truck is, the answer is on the link. It updates every 10 minutes, with an arrival time worked out from where the truck really is.
Need the POD to close out the load? The BOL, gate pass and POD show up as links as soon as we have them.
If a receiver questions the temperature, you have the reefer reading and seal photo from pickup.
On container loads, a photo of the empty going back, so you don't have to chase it.
Most of our customers send us the same lanes every week. Here is why.

Every carrier goes through our own vetting system before we book a load. Authority and insurance are checked against FMCSA, not taken on the carrier's word.

Example view with a sample carrier.
Carrier and DOT authority active, not out of service, no pending insurance cancellation.
A fake certificate of insurance can look real. So the COI has to come from the agent's own email domain, the insurer and named insured have to match the FMCSA filing, and BASE has to be the certificate holder.
Signed broker-carrier agreement on file, auto and cargo policies tracked to expiration.
We match the VIN from the truck's ELD to the vehicles on the carrier's auto policy, so the truck at your dock is the one that's insured.
BASE started with our own trucks in Delaware. In 2023 we turned it into a brokerage so we could cover more freight with carriers we trust, and we kept our yard near the port. I still take new customer calls myself, and I want you to know who to call when something needs fixing.
